This wine has a brilliant yellow color with green hues. It is young and it has a floral nose, with a symphony of aromas combining citrus fruits and acacia flowers. Harmonious and frank mouth where we find the flavour of the grapefruit with the freshness characteristic of the grape variety.

Ideal with fish and shrimps such as tempura shrimps or dumplings. Enjoy it with a bagel, a fish and ships or a schnitzel with a squeeze of lemon.
