AOP Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur lie- Vignobles Sourice Château de La Mouchetière

This white wine has a pale gold colour. The first notes reveal fresh citrus aromas, with a nice mineral background. In the mouth the first attack is complete, to give way to a pure freshness with delicate perfumes.

This traditional style wine is ideal with shellfish or fish-based dishes, sushis or any fish tartare. Enjoy with a shrimp and avocado salad, or a grapefruit and asparagus salad. It will be also perfect with fish and chips or a schnitzel with a lemon wedge! Also perfect alone for aperitif.
