AOP LIRAC ROUGE "QUATUOR" - CHÂTEAU DE BOUCHASSY

Selected from 10 hectares of old vines (35 to 70 years old), this wine is produced on clay-limestone soils with rolled pebbles.

It is the result of a blend of 4 grape varieties (Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and Cinsault). 
This wine has a deep ruby ​​red color with scents of black fruits, garrigue and spices.
Its aromas of rich intensity and silky tannins develop notes of berries, leather, liquorice and truffles.
