AOP Crémant de Loire Brut White- Domaine Asseray

This sparkling white wine has a crystalline, clear robe with grey to straw yellow reflections and golden hues. Its nose expresses aromas of white fruits, hazelnut, almond, to finish with a vanilla and toasted touch. The mouth is fine, elegant, with a good acidity. 

This wine can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif, with seafood such as oysters, shrimps, fishes or with any dessert. It can also be enjoyed with cheeses. Try it with sushis or a schnitzel : its fine bubbles will be exquisite!
