AOC Crémant d'Alsace Giersberger Brut
Crémants from Ribeauvillé are a selection of early hand harvested grapes, in order to keep their vigorous and aromatic richness. Separation of juices to keep only the best. They are vinified and raised in bottle for a minimum period of 12 months, respecting Champagne traditional vinification process. Disgorgement made monthly to keep freshness. Grapes are fully hand harvested. A touch of stone fruit gives a richer fruitier edge to the apple notes on the nose. The palate is wonderfully fresh but majors on that fresh crisp apple aroma, helped along by lively citrus. The bubbles are fine and consistent on the refreshing, slender and almost creamy body — a wonderful aperitif style with a dry finish.
