AOC CORBIERES Col de Roquelongue 2020

This tasting is the promise of a unique encounter with the terroir of Saint Jean du Barrou is a generous and expressive wine. We must take advantage of the pulpy side of its youth and velvet texture. The mouth is dashing and the fruit is delicious. The tannins are soft and patinated. This charming cuvée reveals that in compliance with the great fundamental balances of the Corbières appellation on one of the its best terroirs. Scents of vanilla and spices are melt with red fruits tastes and with the freshness of this vintage. This complexity shows itself in an elegant round and ample mouth, strengthened by velvety tannins which underline the length.
