Harvesting at high maturity (mid-October or even end of October). Vatting in concrete tanks. Maceration for 3 to 4 weeks at 25-30°c to extract the finest tannins. Malolactic fermentation under marc. One year breeding. Intense cherry red colour. This wine has a nose of red fruits (raspberry, redcurrant, cherry). Its liveliness and freshness make it a wine to drink now. The very supple and silky tannins are a guarantee of great pleasure.
