AOC Blanche Armagnac

La Blanche Armagnac is a young AOC created in 2005 based on the Armagnac terroir for it’s traditional brandy. It comes from the same terroir as Armagnac, and benefits from centuries of distillation expertise. Yet, the major difference with it’s amber brother is that La Blanche is a white brandy aged in a stainless steel vat, focusing on young aromas : fruitiness and freshness. Specific vinification methods and a selection of distillation casts help to reveal its distinctive fruity and floral aromas. To preserve its aromas and crystalline appearance, it is kept in an inert container.
