AOC Bas-Armagnac VSOP
Grapes are harvested by night between September and October on the parcel dedicated to the distillation. Vinified without addition of sulfites and distilled in armagnac still (until february) at 55-56°C.
Aged in wood in our age-old cellars during 4 years. Traditional pedunculate and sessile oaks.
