AOC Alsace Sylvaner Vieilles Vignes E.Traber 2022
The vineyards are located on nice slopes on the famous fault of Ribeauvillé that offers a great variety of terroirs. They are at least (on average) 30 years old.
Grapes are fully hand harvested. Above all, this Sylvaner Vieilles Vignes is a wine of immeadite pleasure : refreshing, easy to drink, but at the same time structured with persistence and personality. It has amazing notes of white peaches and mirabelle.
The mouth is structured, fresh and perfectly balanced by a ripe and well-established acidity.
