AOC Alsace Riesling Grand Cru Osterberg 2019

The Grand Cru Osterberg (translated Eastern view Hill) is facing East at 250-350 meter heights and limited to 24.60ha. Very low yield (45hl/ha), grapes are harvested only by hand and delicately dropped off in low pressure pneumatic press tank. Then separation of juices to keep only the best (Cuvée). Then static racking for 24h before its fermentation under controlled temperatures. After 9 to 11 months rest on fines lies, this wine is bottled to be aged for at least 3 years on our special cellar before putted on markets. Superb aromas of citrus fruit and Flintstone, well balanced mouth with an amazing length enhanced with a fine and long acidity. Minerality taste brings it a fabulous balance and powerfull delicateness.
