Current trend all around the world : the Bordeaux white moelleux ! Try our unique blend of 100% semillon aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve the aromas of peer or fruit jellies. Grapes are late harvested to offer interesting potential sugar. No added sugars in this wine, the fermentation is stopped by frost before all the sugars are exhausted. It gives a very well balanced wine between acidity and sugars.
