Anjou White DOMAINES DES ROCHELLES BIO
Manual harvest. Sorting and selection in the cellar. The grapes undergo skin contact for around 12 hours. The wine is then aged for 12 months in wooden barrels (400L – 3 years old).
With its crystal-clear golden colour, this wine has a suave, intense and rich nose. The palate is generous and unctuous. The wine is balanced with a tangy acidity and notes of quince jam, honey and toast.
