Altiam ES - Organic fir tree vinegar
The fir tree vinegar is obtained after the lenghty transformation of fir syrup into vinegar, a first alcoholic fermentation and several months of ageing in oak barrels. With its beautiful violet robe, our Altiam Extra Dry vinegar will liberate delicate flavours of high mountains' fir tree to your palate, followed by slightly acid flavours where the aroma of red berries and wild fir resin meet. Dry and delicate, it is ideal to sublime a salad, deglaze a fine cut of meat or for sautéed mushrooms.
