The grapes are harvested at perfect ripeness, while retaining their freshness. Notes of Grenache stand out, offering a typical red fruit character. This full-bodied wine, with silky tannins, reveals a spicy nose and a licorice finish. It can be aged for up to 10 years, with optimum tasting between 3 and 5 years.
