Best from now to 2027.  Location South Côte de Beaune, Santenay area stretches over 378 hectares, of which 12 Premiers cru (with 12 plots). Red Santenay represents 98% of the production. Production 4760 hectolitres premiers crus. Our production Santenay 1er Cru is 1800 bottles. Best served at 15°C. For younger wines, a lower temperature is recommended. Beautiful dark colour. Nice bouquet or rose petals, peony, violet, red fruits and a hint of liquorice. Supple and intense attack with very fine and long finish. Santenay will be perfect with slowly cooked dishes (veal or beef). Glazed or carmelised poultry in the Asian style is perfect as our Santenay 1er Cru offers soft tannins, and elegant light bodied style and quality on the finish. Fine concentration and balance.
