Alain Corcia Chablis

100% Chardonnay. Vines over 62 years old. Fresh and net attack, with spices, white pepper, with well present fuit. Slight oak on the finish, with vanilla and cinnamon, andl ight toast. Best served now to 8 years from now, as pre dinner drink, over any white meats, fish and some cheeses.
