Alain Corcia, Beaune 1er Cru

GRAPES 100% PINOT NOIR LAND: located around Beaune, capital of Burgundy wines. Our wine is coming from one tiny piece of land. There are 39 Beaune 1er Cru for 322 hectares. (total production is 80000 liters) 350 cases were produced on this wine Beaune 1er cru. Wine has powerfull fruit aroma, is medium in colour and slightly tannic but in whole balanced. Aging potential: 5 to 8 years. SERVING TEMPERATURE: 15 to 16 °C. (15° when young) Character will be enhanced by opening the bottle one or two hours before serving. Balloon glasses are ideal for the red wines. Serve on light dishes (white and red meats) and fine cheeses.
