Aingura (anchoring in Basque) revisits the typical flavors of acidulated and fruity apples from the Basque Country. This brut cider "Grand Cru" is made in our ancestral cider house of Astigarraga, with organic apples of local varieties Urtebi Haundi, Urtebi Txikia, Patzuloa and Goikoetxea, without additives or preservatives, for a quality without concession.
