Adult Oil

A blend of four vegetable oils to satify the nutritional needs of teenagers and adults up to 50 years. Simply to add to hot and cold meals, in substitution of any other conventional cooking oil.

This product is part of a range of five tailor-made healthy oil blends, developed with nutritionists and naturopaths, which meet the specific nutritional needs of five different target groups (pregnant and nursing women, babies, children, young adults, over-fifties). The blends combine several complementary vegetable oils in order to associate all essential fatty acids in one single bottle, in the right proportions according to our evolving nutritional needs at specific periods of life. Thus, the precious nutrients contained in the different oils (Omega-3, Omega-6, Omega-9, vitamin E and DHA, a marine Omega-3 fatty acid from seaweed) act synergistically on the brain, the heart, cholesterol and cells.
