Gold yellow color. The nose offers a lovely honeysuckle bouquet combined with aromas of candied fruit (apricot and quince), combined with a note of honey and toast. In mouth, it is a large, powerful, rich and elegant wine. Smoothness and complexity characterize this wine. Excellent as an aperitif and goes perfectly well with New Cuisine, pan-fried foie gras, gourmet fish dishes.
