Vines : Pruned short using the cordon de Royat technique. Density: 4,500 vines per hectare. Reasoned agriculture. Low-intensity cultivation with a minimum of supplements. Picking : Mechanical picking at the end of September, in over-maturity. Vinification : Slow fermentation at low temperature until fermentation has stopped completely. Maturation : Matured for 4 months in casks made from French oak.
