The Fleur de Sel Le Saunier de Camargue is a unique product, still harvested by hand, at the  surface of the water, once a year, on our salt marshes from Aigues-Mortes (South of France).

It’s a finishing salt. You can sprinkle it on tomatoes/mozzarella, grilled meat or fish and even use it for sweet recipes (Chocolate mousse, Tatin tart..)
