The Rosé d'Anjou Domaine des Iris is a wine to be enjoyed young. It gets a pale pink colour with raspberry pink tints. Its pleasant nose reveals small matured fruits (peach, pomegranate, cherry) and amylic notes (banana, strawberry, English sweet). Supple and harmonious, the mouth gives an impression to crunch in a matured fruit. This Rosé is a great partner to simple meals as salted tarts, pâté, cooked meats or starters. To be served fresh at 8-10°C.
