XO Solstice

Solstice relates to the passing of time and alternating seasons, these rituals which rhythm the culture of vine and life of men - It also is a celebration of nature and of the changes at play in the making of Cognac. This Solstice XO is a blend of Cognacs originating from Fins-Bois and Petite-Champagne, aged to an average of 16 years in French oak barrels. It offers fragrances of Orange peel and vanilla, intense and spicy on the nose. Lots of roundness in the mouth, with aromas of almond past & dried fruits. The finish reveals persistent notes of roasted cocoa, moka and balanced woody hints.
