WIZZ! 2020

Schist soils with an acidic tendency associated with alluvial deposits. 
Traditional vinification under temperature control and aged for 4 months in vats and then kept on the lees with stirring.
An expressive nose of lemon (fresh and candied), ginger pear and a touch of verbena. On the palate we find a silky wine with these fruit, the palate is silky with fruit aromas, but also dense with floral notes.
It works wonders as an aperitif.
