Whisky P&M - Tourbé

Peated to 30 PPM, this Single Malt is the result of slow distillation using finely peated malt, enhanced by the unique climate of the Isle of Beauty. Aged in ex-Cap Corse mistelle casks and second-fill P&M barrels, it reveals a powerful and elegant aromatic profile. The nose opens with dominant peat, gradually unveiling fresh herbs and liquorice. On the palate, the smoke lingers throughout, enriched by a touch of spice and delicate vanilla sweetness. A bold, refined whisky that masterfully balances intensity and finesse.
