Whisky P&M - Single Corn (100% Corn & 100% Organic)

In a bold move toward local, sustainable innovation, the distillery created this whisky using only Corsican ingredients. Partnering with a farmer in Cervione, they cultivated organic corn exclusively for this unique expression. The result is a rich, elegant whisky that can be enjoyed neat or in cocktails. Its deep amber colour sets the tone for a nose filled with vanilla, wood, and a touch of nut. On the palate, it offers a luscious balance of sweetness and acidity, with a long, satisfying finish.
