Its slow ageing in a unique combination of casks – new oak, ex-white wine from Patrimonio, Cap Mattei mistelle, and second-fill P&M barrels – gives it a bold personality and unmistakable character. On the palate, it delivers a vibrant fruitiness with notes of citrus and candied orange, followed by smooth hints of vanilla and caramel. The finish is long and complex, with smoky, toasted and roasted undertones. A distinctive whisky of elegance and depth.
