Aged in red wine barrels from Domaine Gentile in Patrimonio, Red Oak stands out with its deep, natural hue and bold personality. This innovative Single Malt marks a new chapter for the distillery, as the team mastered the unique tannic structure imparted by the red wine casks. The nose reveals delicate spices, hazelnut and refined, fresh oak notes. On the palate, it offers fine, firm tannins balanced by melting caramel, malty sweetness and a long, gently smoky finish.
