Soluble in water, this strawberry red powder food coloring is perfect for coloring food products. Widely used in pastry, water-soluble colorants are commonly used for coloring mass-based products such as macarons, pastillage, and cakes.
Patisdécor water-soluble powder colorants are suitable for coloring marzipan-based products and for mass coloring of macarons, pastillage, and cakes.
The strawberry red food coloring can be added directly into a liquid batter or, for thicker mixtures (like marzipan or fondant), it should be diluted before incorporation.
It can also be used in an airbrush (dilute with boiled water or food-grade alcohol).
Maximum dosage for ice cream and desserts: 0.21 g/kg of preparation.
Maximum dosage for fine bakery products: 0.29 g/kg of preparation.
Maximum dosage for confectionery: 0.43 g/kg of preparation.
