Walnut-flavoured balsamic vinegar goes perfectly with white meats (deglazing), potatoes in salads, fresh cheeses (fresh goat's cheese, St Marcelin, etc.) To flavour vinaigrettes and deglaze the juices of grilled meats, to accompany shellfish. Tip: Store away from heat and light before opening.
