A few drops of this delicious vinegar with vine peach pulp and you will be transported to the middle of an orchard in summer!
We like it on a slice of goat cheese (a few drops), in a vinaigrette, in deglazing small pork ribs. To flavour vinaigrettes and deglaze the juices of grilled meats, to accompany shellfish. Tip: Store away from heat and light before opening.
