Villa Bordeaux Crémant de Bordeaux - Brut

Villa Bordeaux presents a limpid yellow color with greenish highlights. Its bouquet displays elegant notes of green lime and citrus. The palate is fresh and fruity, with pear and Granny apple aromas surrounded by fine bubbles.      

Picking by hand are done at perfect maturity.  Winemaking follows the strict specifications of the appellation : pressing, first fermentation, taking of foam in the bottle for the second fermentation, aging, riddling, disgorging and drawing. Ageing is  on slats for a few months.
