Tasting Notes:
Nose: appetizing perfume of pear jam, banana, citrus fruits and old port.
Mouth: powerful and slightly woody. Flavors of exotic fruits, maracuja and mango. This is the true expression of the magnificence of the terroir of Grande Champagne.
Pairings: ideal for gastronomy, blue cheese, caramelized apple pie and some dark chocolate.
