A clinical study conducted by IG Balance (University of Avignon) in accordance with the 2015 recommendations of the International Consortium for Glycemic Index Measurement (ISO Standard 26642:2010) shows that the work carried out on our reduced-sugar nougat formulation has a minimal impact on blood glucose levels.
