4 year old cognac, 100% Grande-Champagne, aged in French oak barrel.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: fruity and finely floral nose with a silky finish.
Mouth: fresh figs, citrus fruits melted with the roundness of the muscatel, almond paste and orange blossom.
Pairings: as an aperitif, it goes well with cheddar cheese and Bayonne ham. For dessert? An apple pie.
