SOIF ART Rosé

A simple winemaking process, with direct pressing of grapes harvested early in the cool morning. This is followed by static cold settling to clear the must of coarse particles. Its color is pale pink, clear, and bright; on the nose, it is delicate, with a floral attack of verbena and cherry blossoms, which is enhanced by fruity notes of wild strawberry. It strikes a fine balance between sweetness and freshness.
