Sodium Cocoyl Alaninate

Anionic surfactants made up of a fatty acid and a natural amino acid: alaninate. It comes in the form of a colourless or yellowish liquid with no particular odour. It is mainly used in the formulation of shampoos, shower gels and other transparent hygiene products. They are compatible with organic formulas (COSMOS standard).
