Since 2017, CROC has specialized in the roasting and processing of organic nuts from our workshop located near Lyon. We offer a diverse range including natural nuts as well as gourmet sweet and savory snacks, all meticulously crafted to deliver healthy, bold, and authentic flavors.

With a production capacity of 450 tons, we combine artisanal expertise with industrial scale. Our range is 100% organic, predominantly fair-trade, and entirely available in bulk to support a zero-waste future. By sourcing directly from our producers, we guarantee the highest quality raw materials and the best possible value, maintaining ethical standards from the farm to the shelf.
