Who are we

Champagne Mondet House is located between Reims and Epernay in the heart of Vallée de la Marne, in 3kms from the Dom Perignon Abbey. Champagne Mondet has a family history of viticulture dating back to 1926. Our terroir is characterized by a chalky subsoil of clay-limestone, and meticulous care is taken in the vineyards to produce a high quality of grappes, with two environmental certification HVE and VDC . The uniqueness of the Mondet House is to use tiled concrete tanks for the conservation of reserve wines as well as for blends, that’s gives a lot of fruitiness. It’s in our 200 meters natural chalky cellars at a depth of 30 meters that we let aged our Champagne on lees for about 4 years. That resulting artisan wines that offer wonderful expression of our terroir of Cormoyeux.
