Since 1822, A L’OLIVIER has embodied the Mediterranean spirit: sharing, conviviality and culinary elegance. Founded by Eugène Popelin, a visionary pharmacist, the Maison has continuously promoted the virtues of olive oil, the cornerstone of the Mediterranean diet and a symbol of healthy and refined cuisine.
