Domaine des Terres Rouges is a manufacturer and creator of mustards , horseradish , mayonnaise , oils , and vinegars . For 30 years, this French family-owned SME has been using its traditional expertise to produce exceptional condiments. Who are they for? Domaine des Terres Rouges' exceptional condiments are designed for gourmet shops, Delicatessen, wine merchants, boutiques, food professionals, butchers, cheesemongers, restaurants, caterers, employee committees, and retailers. We develop recipes inspired by French regional specialties. We prioritize sourcing our raw materials as locally as possible; for example, we have reintroduced mustard seed cultivation in Alsace with our partner farmers.
