Who are we

Alélor is a French manufacturer of mustard, mayonnaise and other condiments. Founded in 1873, Alélor attaches great importance to its regional identity and collaboration with local partners, with the aim of producing high-quality products. Alélor products are now sold both in retail outlets (supermarkets, shops, resellers) and online (online shops, resellers, etc.). As the last mustard factory in Alsace and the only horseradish processing plant in France, Alélor completes its range with condiment sauces and hot sauces.
