Who are we

Alsace Lait is an independent regional cooperative that brings together Alsatian dairy farmers to produce and process 100% local milk. Based in Hoerdt, it showcases the know-how of its members by crafting iconic dairy products milk, creams, yogurts, and Bibeleskaes renowned for their quality. Committed, modern, and proud of its roots, the cooperative combines innovation, proximity and a strong cooperative spirit.
