Who are we

Wine estate founded in 2023, following Guillaume Boillot’s acquisition of a vineyard in Fleurie, in the Beaujolais region, alongside his family estate in Meursault. The estate covers 5.5 hectares, currently undergoing organic conversion, with manual harvesting and ageing in Burgundy barrels.
