Who are we

Château Tour Boisée is located in the area of MINERVOIS in Languedoc. Our estate has been a family-run vineyard since 1826. Sun-drenched wines that are mouthwatering, lively and deeply rooted in their terroir: meticulous work in the vineyard, local and foreign grape varieties, low yields (35 hl/ha). The estate owes its name to the 12th-century fortification tower on the property. The vines are grown organically since 2010 and harvested by hand;
