Who are we

EXINNOV produces a wide range of organic and conventional plant extracts for the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, feed, and cosmetic fields. Certified ISO 22000, COSMOS, ECOCERT, Feed, Halal and Kosher, we offer water and/or alcohol extraction, using bio-based solvent only. Located in the South-West of France (near Bordeaux), EXINNOV's strength rests on its patented hydrothermal extraction process, which uses water in limited quantity to deeply seep into plants and extract active substances. EXINNOV has also developed processes for the purification of natural molecules using bio-based solvents (ethanol, 2-methyloxolane). We have a complete equipment from extraction to drying and analysis of active ingredients. Innovation, traceability, and quality, EXINNOV controls its products and guarantees the active compounds content of its extracts. We also provide ingredients of French or European origin. For example, we are the only ones to produce organic activated charcoal, using chestnut/oak wood from PEFC-certified eco-managed French forests. EXINNOV offers tailor-made extraction and custom manufacturing, a complete development of active ingredients from plant sourcing to the extraction and purification process, thanks to pilot and production tools that can work with water or bio-sourced solvents. We can develop batches from 200 kg up to several tons of extract.
