Who are we
Claude DOZORME - French cutlery since 1902
Based in Thiers, the historic birthplace and capital of French cutlery, the Claude Dozorme factory has been perpetuating exceptional expertise since 1902. Awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) label in 2009, our company is the embodiment of excellence in French craftsmanship.
All our knives are 100% made in France, in our workshops, where we control every stage of production in-house: blade cutting, grinding, shaping, assembly, polishing, right through to laser marking. In total, we carry out more than 40 stages for each knife.
Combining innovation and tradition, we offer over 2,000 references covering the worlds of the table, the kitchen, the outdoors and the cellar. An extensive range to meet every need.
