French Cooperative of Walnut Growers located in Southwest of France / Périgord. Thanks to our tradition of walnut hand cracking in our area, CERNO became the European specialist of the walnut ingredient for the food industry. CERNO cracks, cleans and secures the walnut ingredient for Packers, for the Food service and for industries like Pastries and Bakeries. CERNO supplies 4.000 tons of Walnut kernels / year.
